Introduction to Glass Blowing Class

Weekly classes are held at Jason's private studio near downtown Champaign, IL. Class length is 1.5hr. Please contact Jason HERE for current schedule and openings. 

Class Description:

  Make blown-glass objects using a benchtop torch in the studio of glass artist Jason Mack. You will make and take home a 3-5 custom-made pieces of your own as you learn the basics. Jason will guide you through your projects while discussing the best types of tools and glass for the craft and necessary safety precautions. Your craftwork will be one of a kind and you’ll be ready to come back for more.

 After the introductory class students are welcome to register for multiple sessions to advance their skills. Class sizes are small, allowing individual attention throughout the class. All materials and equipment are included.
